Postal charges and delivery methods:

Items ordered through our website are subject to additional postage charges.

For different delivery services and country destinations, we have provided a selection of alternative pricing structures to give some flexibility in speed and cost of delivery. If you wish to make your own alternative arrangements for delivery, or if you wish to collect your order directly from our shop, we have provided a ‘custom delivery’ option. Please be advised, that if you select this option, there will be no postage charged to your order. However, we will process your order (charging your card and reserving the items for you) and e-mail you for instructions on how you wish to proceed with delivery arrangements. It is then your responsibility to collect (or make suitable arrangements for the collection) of the items ordered.

Delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom:
1st Class (Special Delivery*): One working day* (from date of dispatch).
*This does not take into account weekends. So if your order is dispatched by Special Delivery on a Friday, it is only guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday.
